About Me

Kathryn
This blog used to be about my use of the term mindful integration as the idea that art and culture can be used to better quality of life. Race, age, economic levels divide us, but we can work to mindfully integrate ourselves - consciously lowering barriers, reaching out, and creating something where nothing existed before. Now this blog is about how much I love my child. So I guess now I am trying to mindfully integrate my values into my new life as a wife and mother.
